Refund Policy

Effective for all learners enrolled in Saras AI Institute programs and certification courses.

Saras AI Institute believes in offering true value to every learner, and that starts with a simple, transparent refund policy. We offer refunds across all our programs and certification courses. Because our offerings range from short certification courses to multi-year degree programs, the specifics of the refund window vary by program, as outlined below.

Powers of AI Certification Course

Learners enrolled in the Powers of AI certification course are eligible for a full refund within 4 weeks (28 days) from the course start date. Refund requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Masters Degree & Advanced AI Engineer Certificate

These programs are structured with a partial enrollment fee followed by monthly fee installments once the program begins.

• The enrollment fee is refundable up to 14 days from the program start date.
• After this 14-day window, the enrollment fee becomes non-refundable, and monthly fee installments begin being charged as per the program's payment schedule.
• No refunds are issued on monthly installments already charged.

Monthly installments for the Masters Degree and Advanced AI Engineer Certificate programs are charged on the 15th of each month, giving 14 days to pause or cancel every month before a payment is charged, and are thus not covered under this refund window once charged.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please write to asksupport@sarasai.org with your enrollment details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
